Ordering & delivery
Where are your products shipped from?
All orders are dispatched from our facility in Queensland, Australia. Nothing is drop-shipped from overseas.
How long will delivery take?
Order before 2pm AEST and your order ships the same day by express post. Metro areas typically see delivery in 1–3 business days; regional and remote areas in 3–7.
Will I receive tracking details for my order?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order leaves our Queensland facility, so you can follow it door to door.
Do you ship outside of Australia?
Not currently. We ship Australia-wide only — it's how we keep dispatch same-day and delivery windows short.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
If tracking shows your order is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly. See our Shipping & Returns policy.
Are orders shipped discreetly?
Always. Plain, unbranded packaging with no reference to the contents, and a discreet descriptor on your statement.
Is free shipping available?
Yes — shipping is free express on all orders over $200. Below that, a flat express rate applies Australia-wide.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, yes — email us as soon as possible and we'll cancel and refund it. Once it's shipped, our returns policy applies.
Verification & testing
How do I verify my batch?
Scan the QR code on your vial, or enter the serial code from your order confirmation email on the Verify page. Either takes you straight to the certificate of analysis for your exact batch.
What purity standard do you test to?
Every batch is tested by an independent lab using HPLC for purity and mass spectrometry for identity. We guarantee 99% purity or higher on every compound we ship.
What happens if a batch tests below 99%?
It doesn't ship. And if you independently test a product and it comes back below 99%, we refund both the product cost and your test cost in full — see the guarantee on our Verify page.
Who tests your batches?
Independent, accredited third-party laboratories — never in-house-only results. Every certificate names the lab and test date, published in our COA library.
Can I test the product myself?
Yes — don't take our word for it. Send your unopened product box directly to Ozcanium Analytical, our independent laboratory partner, for purity testing (you pay the lab directly). Self-verification is available exclusively through Ozcanium Analytical. The lab first confirms the box is unopened and the anti-tamper seal intact, then tests and returns the result to you directly.
If the result confirms purity at or above 99%, we reimburse the product cost in OPTML store credit. If it comes back below 99%, we reimburse both the product cost and the test cost in full. Full walkthrough on the Verify page; full terms below.
What are the terms for independent testing?
The offer applies to unopened products only — original box unopened, anti-tamper seal fully intact. The lab inspects both before testing; if tampering is detected, testing won't proceed and the product isn't reimbursed or returned. Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery. You pay the lab directly, and OPTML processes reimbursement once the result is returned. Questions? Contact [email protected].
Product & storage
How should I store compounds once received?
Keep lyophilised (freeze-dried) vials refrigerated at 2–8°C and out of direct light, exactly as the label states. Refrigerate promptly on arrival.
How should I store reconstituted peptides?
Once reconstituted for research, keep the solution refrigerated and use it within the window noted on the certificate. Never freeze reconstituted solution.
What is the intended use of Optml products?
All OPTML products are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis or treatment, and we do not publish dosage, protocol or reconstitution guidance.
Returns & refunds
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we'll replace or refund it — see Shipping & Returns.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it directly.
Independent testing T&Cs
Which products are eligible?
Unopened products only. The original box must be unopened and the anti-tamper seal fully intact. Self-verification is available exclusively through Ozcanium Analytical, our independent laboratory partner.
How is the box inspected?
The lab inspects the box and seal before any testing occurs. If tampering is detected, testing will not proceed, the product will not be reimbursed or returned, and you will be notified directly.
How long do I have to request a test?
Requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Who pays for the test?
Test payment is made directly to Ozcanium Analytical by the customer. Reimbursement is processed by OPTML once the result is returned.
Is the vial returned after testing?
No — testing consumes the product. The vial is not returned after testing, regardless of the result.
What reimbursement do I receive?
Results at or above 99% purity: OPTML store credit for the value of the tested product only. Results below 99% purity: a full refund covering both the product cost and the test cost.
